Who We Are -
HM Travel & Tour
Built with a passion for connecting people with places and experiences worth remembering.
An Accredited Partner You Can Trust
HM TRAVEL & TOUR SDN BHD is a fully licensed travel agency accredited by the Malaysia Tourism Board, trusted by many brands.
Tailor-Made Solutions
Our one-stop travel solutions include Malaysia ground handling, themed cruises, international flight bookings, island getaways, specialized local tours, and tailor-made travel packages, providing seamless experiences for travelers worldwide.
Certified Expertise
We hold comprehensive licenses for Inbound Tourism, Outbound Tourism, and Ticketing Services, ensuring every journey begins with compliance and is delivered with professionalism.
Deeply Rooted in Ground Services
Our journey began in 2016, when founders SIA CHIN HOONG and CHERIES CHIA established HM16 Transport, specializing in chartered travel services. Unlike standard transfer services, we focused on comprehensive ground handling, offering well-planned itineraries, immersive local experiences, and a highly professional driver team. This dedication earned us a reputation as “experts in chartered services.”
Upgrading and Rebranding for Global Reach
As we expanded, we officially upgraded to a licensed travel agency in 2019, rebranding from HM16 TRANSPORT to HM TRAVEL & TOUR SDN BHD, marking a new milestone in our journey. In January 2020, we successfully obtained full operational accreditation, allowing us to provide comprehensive travel services across all sectors.
